I worked with Neale for over 7 years at OneSteel. Within that time, Neale reported to me in his capacity as Program Director Steel Integration for 10 months. Neale’s role consisted of managing a complex program of work to enable the 10-year steel strategy of OneSteel, providing benefits in excess of $100m. This included establishing the PMO, stakeholder management and reporting for Steering Committee and Board.

The program included more than 12 separate projects including 3 major systems projects across multiple business units. Neale’s strong management experience and business knowledge enabled him to overcome many challenges with competing projects and priorities across the business units. Neale was also required to closely manage external supplier relationships given delays on project milestones, costs and capability.

Neale is an experienced, professional executive that I would highly recommend.
